Infusion is a special feature of Paydirt . It enables Paydirt NFTs to contain tokens like Paydirt Gold or even other NFTs. In Paydirt, this feature is primarily used to infuse Paydirt Gold into Paydirt NFTs representing gold items.

Behind the scenes, Paydirt Gold is infused into every , , , or any other gold whenever it is converted to form (through Import & Export). In other words, every Paydirt NFT representing a gold item is infused with Paydirt Gold when it is created or minted. The NFT becomes a container for the Paydirt Gold ERC-20 token and ownership of the NFT is ownership of the tokens contained within it. The amount of Paydirt Gold infused when an item is created or minted is equal to the item's gold weight, which is the amount of pure gold it contains. Infused items may also be to recover Paydirt Gold.
