# Marketplace

Paydirt Marketplace is a web-based, peer-to-peer, decentralized marketplace enabling users to trade by listing [Blockchain-enabled Items](/virtual-items.md) / [Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)](/virtual-items.md#non-fungible-token-nft) for sale using auction or fixed price format. The default currency is[Paydirt Gold](/paydirt-gold.md).
